Our environment
Transport
- 70% of our commuting mileage is by public transport, cycle, or walking
- We use public transport to get to most meetings
- When we do need cars, we use Whizz-Go's LPG fleet
- No company cars until someone makes a good electric one
Energy
- Our electricity comes from 100% renewable sources (www.Good-Energy.co.uk)
- We're totally double-glazed, insulated, and wrap up warm for winter
- If it is hot in the summer, we eat ice cream and wear shorts
Any excuse for ice cream.
Waste and recycling
- We recycle everything we can: paper, plastics, glass, cans, cardboard
- For a company of 30 people we produce a mere two binliners of waste a week
- We don't replace stuff just because it is old - and when we do, we give the old stuff to charity
- We use local suppliers where possible
- All our stationery and company literature is printed on 100% recycled paper

Community and charity
- We value local community highly and we contribute to and are members of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust
- Further community contributions include: Prescription - Art, Bernardo's Young Carers, Marine Conservation and the ASBAH
- Our staff have won Gold status from the Charity Aid Foundation's Payroll Giving Quality Mark
- We do a load of free online work for our namesake 'Sense' (the deafblind charity)
- We have a bursary with Leeds College of Technology, supporting three local students on their web design HND course.
